There's no reward icon app available on my Xbox series s

Kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

1. Update your console:

Make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates.
Under Updates, Console update available. Select this to begin your update

2. Update your console's location:

Go to System, Settings, System, Language & location to match it to your current location.

3. Powercycle your console:

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

4. Download the app:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then go to Store.
Select Search, and then enter Microsoft Rewards into the search box.
Choose the Microsoft Rewards app from the results, and then download it to your console.

Rewards app won't work for either the Xbox One S or the Xbox Series S trying multiple internet connections and DNS servers

• Rewards app and points offers are available only on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
  
• Buying items from the Microsoft Store on Xbox or searching on Bing.com may not earn points in all countries or regions.

This game is not available for the Xbox One S. It's only available for latest Series S or Series X consoles. You'll need to request a refund.

Supported device Xbox One S/X for remote play on PC.

Series X/S not available in Beta app.

Xbox Series X and S are out of luck for now.
