    So I need to be clear as every time I search this topic up I get results showing fixes for people using PC's. This is a problem that is on the Xbox mobile app that can only be downloaded on phone and other mobile devices. When entering a party with someone whos streaming, on PC's and the consoles you have a button to enable your voice to be heard on their stream. On the mobile app anyways there is no button anywhere in the party's tab, not anywhere in the setting, there is no button that allows your voice to be picked up by stream.

    So if I get a reply telling me to just go into the party and press the button that says "Include voice on stream" you clearly didnt read my problem right. Im sorry if I sound like a **** but every answer I get just tells me the exact same thing over and over again, which seems to be usual for Microsoft at this point. or at least for me that is.

    If I am not mistaken it will not record your friends or other people in the party as they would need to opt in for that. Usually if you start streaming it will ask the people in your party chat if they want to include their voice audio in the stream. I am
    assuming this is the same for recordings.

    you had to switch on to stream you game chat. if your in party chat, all participants can decide on their own if to include their voice chat

    In the Twitch settings while streaming you can choose to mute your mic so that your voice won't be heard on your stream. Your friends will still be able to chat with you.

    Regarding your second question, even with the microphone on, the twitch stream does not pick up the voices of other people in your party. I actually found this forum trying to find a way to make twitch pick up the voices of my friends as well as my own.

    Also, another big tip is if your streaming using the Xbox the party will automatically detect you are streaming and give your friends the choice to allow their voice to be heard on your stream. However, if your using obs there is not a free way to do this
    unless you use discord or the Xbox app on PC
