There’s just no way right? Banned again for something like 4 months old??

I read those. These accounts are all my own not like my sister's or something but like the rule that says don't make a new account to avoid a suspension or the new old could be banned or something like that. That wouldn't apply here right?

Surely it's not normal for something like that to happen on a 4 month old controller.

Thanks for the quick reply, I read the page on license transfer but think I screwed it up. I'm assuming that I need to do the transfer on the new console, right??? I followed the DRM page but did it on the old console by mistake, I read there was a way to
request another transfer without waiting 4 months??

just that something went wrong sorry we can't share this right now try again later but like you said its an account issue i signed into an old account & was able to share & like with no issues
