There's an error with MyVIP points

Apparently to increase your MyVIP points , u would be required to purchase at least a certain amount of Games , Movies or Apps . But during the December Countdown Sale , I bought lots of games which thus increase MyVIP points . It did increase but after
getting MyVIP points above the third or fourth star for a few days , and it drop and it seems like they dun count my purchase or its like i never even purchase . May i know why ?

That's $295.60 MyVIP eligiable purchases for February's MyVIP, plus the $4.98 from January's purchases rolling over, totaling $300.58 for that should have been calculated into my February MyVIP rewards, at 10% (5 Star MyVIP rank w/ Gold), should have netted
me a $30 / 30,000 point rebate for February's MyVIP, in addition to the 4,000 points for the Action-Packed Anime Promotion. My total deposit this month should be $34 / 34,000 points, not $24 / 24,000 points, which is what my current deposit is set to be.

I seek resolution of an adjustment to my March XBL Rewards deposit from $24 / 24,000 points to $34 / 34,000 points based on what I outlined above. If there's reason why this shouldn't be the case, please explain.

MyVIP Points

In order to redeem items in the vault, you would use gems which are not the same as rewards credits. Your lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you have earned since joining the program. It includes any credits that have already been deposited
as well as any that are still pending. Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Once deposited, they are added to your Microsoft Account balance as currency you can use on the Xbox
store. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site will list when any deposits took place and you can verify deposits by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

Support will double check, but VIP ranks reset each year. They were reset on January 1. In order to maintain your levels, you have to spend the same amount or more each year.

Your total spending last year (Time of your registration - December 2016) was only 104.65 SGD. The minimum requirement for one star is 300 SGD, as stated on our FAQ (Xbox Live Rewards). You
have never been above one star, and never as high as three or four stars.

Furthermore, as Smwutches says, MyVIP has a recalibration every year, also as stated in our FAQ:

Will my Star Rank change from year to year?

In September 2015, a year after we first launched MyVIP, we re-evaluated the program and made adjustments where necessary. In order to respond to our growing membership numbers and expanded regions, we adjusted the levels of MyVIP to better focus on offering
additional monthly missions and other ways to earn for more members around the globe.

Based on community feedback from our members, there was some confusion about when and how MyVIP would be recalibrated on a yearly basis. In order to simplify and streamline the process, and to let you know exactly how much time you have to build your rank,
moving forward we will recalibrate your Star Rank progress based on the calendar year. This means that you currently have until 31 December 2017 to boost your starting 2018 MyVIP Star Rank, which will be based on your overall spend between 1 January to 31
December 2017.

In the future, we will consistently recalibrate your MyVIP Star Rank based on your calendar year spend from 1 January to 31 December. We are also focused on adding even more ways to Reward our most loyal VIP members with additional special offers and VIP
