    My name is ,

    For the past three weeks my brother Daniel Fitzgerald has tried to log into his Microsoft account, when resetting his password the error message occurs "There's a temporary problem with
    the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." He has called Microsoft, but keeps getting escalated with nothing happening. I just called Microsoft on his behalf, and the representative did the same thing to me,
    telling me there was nothing to be done and that I must use this form. He said that you have already solved many of these cases, but that I had to wait several days to have this resolved. It has been over three weeks. If you have resolved many of these
    cases, please inform me how or do it. I simply want to access his account again. Please respond As Soon As Possible, as there are many new games coming out, that he really needs his account to play.

    If this is related to the Xbox 360. It's quite possible that your brothers account may have two step verification turned on. Take a look over the link regarding

    Two Step Verification    . Hopefully it may prove to be useful in the situation.

    Hello CIDkidzPILLZ,

    I am unable to try the two step log in, as it wont let me log in to set it up, and I have also tried the Xbox One method, your suggestions are greatly appreciated though.
