"There's a temporary network problem". I literally cannot do anything on my Xbox.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > network > network settings >advanced settings > Alternate Mac address : Clear > restart.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox

If the issue persists, please follow these steps in order to reset your console:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2.Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

yeah same for me when I loaded up my game it said temporary network thing then I was locked out my account I’m back on it now but it’s saying temporary network problem

Literally the exact same problem. Just rented a movie from the store, then cannot download the Movies&TV app, and receive error code 0x803FB005 on my XBox One. I can update apps already on my console just fine so it is not my Live/network/profile with
the issue.

Yeah I wish microsoft would change that.. I literally can't do anything to fix my problem then
