    I've spoken to support and had no luck, I've tried every troubleshooting step i can find, but nothing is stopping the error message

    it happens when i try to download my profile on my xbox 360 , i cant even put in a password as soon as i press enter after typing my email it comes up. im not sure what to do

    Hi thanks for your reply. Iv tried that and it doesn't work it still comes up with my daughters and my old ones then I get a msg saying there's a problem with the credentials that your using and a error code ( 8015000a) but I can still play on my other
    games no problem . Any help needed thanks.
