I don't think players no longer playing the free games is an issue, considering that Kartrider Drift came out on the Xbox One just a few weeks back. Still, I can try and get help from someone else and see if it can be sorted out.

Nexon's KartRider Drift just ended its beta a few months ago and it was pretty good. It was pretty much built like Mario Kart and is supposed to come out sometime later this year? It was pretty fun and when I thing arcade racing, I think about stuff similar
to Mario Kart.

Moreover, if you're unable to join a multiplayer game, you may be encountering an issue related to Network Address Translation (NAT).

I hope anyone that doesnt have their console yet gets it soon. You guys are really missing out, I also hope theres no problems with your consoles once you get them.
