    There's a bug with the dates on recorded clips.


    Dates on clips are listed mm/dd/yyyy, but my computer interprets this as dd/mm/yyyy.

    As a result, clips uploaded today (June 4th) come up mislabelled as "uploaded 8 weeks ago" (March 6th).

    This only happens if I click on a friend's account and view their Captures page. On the main page of the app, it's fine.

    Sure it's not like this is causing crashes or anything, but a bug's a bug, right?

    Game DVR Bug: Can't upload to Xbox Live...

    There is currently a bug that prevents recorded clips from being uploaded to Xbox Live. A hard reset fixed the issue for recording NEW clips, however the already affected clips FAIL to upload to Xbox Live still. Please look into this bug.

    DVR gameplay recording error

    This weekend I was attempting to record 30 second clips of my gameplay. I have never experienced any issues with this before. The majority of clips I recorded this weekend did not record the actual event I was trying to capture. The clips record gameplay
    ahead of the actual event I was looking to record. As far as I know I recorded the clips in the same manner as before. Is there some sort of bug occurring with this, or was it user error?

    HI TheCuza, We haven't see other reports on this, if your able to reproduce please report this via the Xbox App Beta using the "Report a problem". Let us know if you were able to report and we will take your info and send it to the developers requesting
    an investigation.

    I couldn't find any report option in the app, that's why I posted here.

    Anyway, I figured that the problem is related to how you choose to display the date in Windows.

    I originally had it set to dd/mm/yyyy. If I switch it to m/dd/yy, yy-mm-dd, or yyyy-mm-dd (this option is in the list twice for some reason) then the problem with the app is fixed.

    See if you can replicate this yourself. I would like to keep my settings the way I like them and not the way Xbox likes them.

    the "report a problem".

    So the issue resided with Windows, thanks for the update. I will call this out in our reports so the Xbox App developers are aware this issue was experienced. Let us know if you experience the issue again.

    An in game glitch

    The player Kyusuke recorded a clip of the glitch I am talking about. He called it "Bugged CPU". I was so shocked at what I saw, I forgot to tell my Xbox to record the clip.

    Just encountered this issue for the first time tonight while recording clips via "Xbox Record That" for Titanfall. It's frustrating because I'm pretty sure there is no way to get that audio back for the clips that have already been recorded that are plagued
    by this no audio bug. Hopefully a resolution will be found.
