    Hello!

    Back in 2011 I bought "Street Fighter IV arcade edition" on GFWL for the PC. And now I haven't been on my account for a long while, so when I was going to

    log in and re-download the game, the client tells me "there was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try later again" Which I have tried, but no luck. So I'm just wondering how can I download my game again?

    Hey there Jim,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. I would advise to go through some our support page to look into some possible solutions. Take a look at "Troubleshoot
    gameplay issues on Windows 10    " to follow some troubleshooting steps to get this issue resolved.

    Give it a try and let us know of any changes.

    Microsoft turned off the GFWL servers and aren't planning on turning them back on. That's the problem. This has been an on-going issue since around 2012. You can download FlightToolkit from flighttoolkit.com that can bypass the servers and allow you to
    play the game without needing GFWL.

    It's a known issues with Games for Windows Live. Nothing you can do until Microsoft fixes it.

    I'm also not even sure if the game will work anymore.
