Hello mimiraloua, you've tried a reset on your console to see if it's back to normal, and also leave DNS on automatic, if you haven't tried it yet, follow the procedure below.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Hello Mimiraloua, when it says that gives an error in searching groups, it would be on Xbox or PC, have you tried any other procedure besides changing dns?

Try checking your NAT if it is in the console follow the procedures below:

Test the NAT

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Click Profile and system > Settings > General > Network Settings.

Under Current network status, the NAT Type field displays the current NAT type.

Ideally, NAT should be open.

I'm playing on Xbox series X

my NAT is open and i have my account has any restruction .

I play on Xbox series and I get that I have an error when searching for a group in the game groups.

The error that comes out is, there was a problem posting your looking for group

My NAT type is moderate, and i currently do not have any enforcement actions on my account.(I'm currently on PC)
