There was an error entering the game

I recently bought diablo eternal collection for xbox one. The game, locally is working, but when I try to play with friends, when I try to add a friend to play multiplayer or a friend calls me to play appears the message "an error occurred while entering
the game". My internet is ok, my NAT is open and all services are available. Please help me, my game is digital and I do not want to have to ask for a refund.

Hey Raphael,

Thank you for responding. The hard reset and power cycle XBF Diego suggested are used to "refresh" the console. In this case, it will be used to try and resync your Xbox with the Blizzard servers. Be sure to let us know how it goes!

Thank you for responding so quickly. This problem is only with Diablo. Other games run normally. I will follow your instructions and do the "Hard Reset and Power Cycle". What does this hard reset do?

This seems like an issue within the game's multiplayer servers since locally it works fine and then neither you or a friend can host a multiplayer game. Not only that, but you mention your connection to Xbox Live seems solid.

Do you have any issues playing multiplayer with any other games or just this one?

For some console troubleshooting, go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

Let us know if this is the only game having multiplayer issues or if a hard power cycle helps.

I think it could be because you need to have a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank account, linked to your account before subscribing to Game Pass Ultimate. This would
be like a guarantee that once your 3-months subscription expires (from the code you purchased), there is an active payment method for your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription before the 3 months run out in case you don't want any charge in your credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank account.
