    There was a problem with your account. Sorry for your inconvenience but please contact our support forum team. I received such an e-mail, but I do not know what is wrong.

    Also, signing in to Reward will result in a different sign-in address, unlike sign-in address

    Please tell me how to fix this.

  2. There Was A Problem With Your Connection

    This is the only error I get. "TEST FAILED: There's a problem with your connection. Select More Info for a description of the problem and how you can fix it." This has occurred in the past but I have always been able to get the XBox to connect. Since
    it started trying to download this latest patch, it refuses to connect to XBox Live. I have connection to my network and the internet but not to the service.

    Router: Linksys EA4500

    Troubleshooting Performed: Everything available on the "XBox Live Connection Solution" site. Restarted Modem, connected Xbox directly into the modem, restarted router, switched network cables, changed router socket the cable is plugged into, reset to factory
    default and restarted Xbox, Left Xbox shut off for 2 days, unplugged network cable and plugged it back in, continually retried connecting for 20 minutes.

    Out of all this troubleshooting, the XBox will not connect to XBox Live.

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

    Things you have tried: Restarted Modem, connected Xbox directly into the modem, restarted router, switched network cables, changed router socket the cable is plugged into, reset to factory default and restarted Xbox, Left Xbox shut off for
    2 days, unplugged network cable and plugged it back in, continually retried connecting for 20 minutes.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?

    Any Error Codes you encounter: "TEST FAILED: There's a problem with your connection. Select More Info for a description of the problem and how you can fix it."

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

    After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

    What Xbox console is your daughter using? Is it a Xbox 360 console or Xbox One?

    Have your daughter go to
    https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage
    and have her check her security information (i.e. secondary email addresses or phone number to receive security codes from Microsoft, to be able to recover her account should the password get lost).

    After she made sure the security information is correct, she should scroll down on the page and enable "Two Step Verification", and if she has a Smartphone, set up the free Authenticator App to make her account hacking-proof.

    If she is trying to play on a Xbox 360, she then needs to create a so-called "App Password", and use that later, when she tries to sign in on the Xbox 360. On Xbox One this is not necessary.

    As for the privacy settings, I'm a bit confused with your description.

    Who signed in where?

    Normally, you as the parent go to
    https://account.microsoft.com/family
    and sign in with your own adult account. Then you add your daughter's account to the family.

    After you did that, you as the parent go to
    https://account.xbox.com/settings
    and should see your daughter's account picture next to yours.

    Click on your daughter's picture, and set up her online and privacy settings accordingly.
