    Hi All,

    Having a problem with my Xbox One S which is currently on 10.0.25191.1003 (rs_xboc_dev_flight.220828-1900). I am in the Alpha Skip Ahead ring, and the console is refusing to update. The update fails immediately at the start of step 1.

    Update details Size: 4.8Gb Source OS: 10.0.25191.1003 Target OS: 10.0.25201.1001 Error Code: 0x80070570, 0x0000000, 0x00000301

    I have performed check network, this has not worked. I have tried rebooting the console, this has not worked.

    I selected Skip and stay offline so I could report the fault via the Xbox Insider Hub but when I try to access the app it says "Xbox Identity Provider is not installed. Please install it from the Store in order to use this app". When I go the store, it naturally says the xbox needs an Internet connection, I obviously cannot activate the Internet connection without the console going back to the update screen.

    Can anyone offer some suggestions please? Or does anyone know if Xbox are aware of a fault with this build?

    Edit: if I attempt to report a problem via the console report a problem system, I get a message that says "there was an issue with your problem report. Please close "Report a Problem and try again".

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!

    ok so the update was good, but I still cant go on xbox LIVE because theres a new window that says downloading updates and now i have problems with that too. And I cant download my xbox LIVE account.
