    I have a brand new Xbox One. I've switched it on for the first time and it says, 'There was a problem with the update.'

    I'm unable to access the troubleshoot page and I am stuck on this one page. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
