    Hey all.



    I'm in the alpha skip ahead ring and have just got in from work to play some xbox. turned the console on and receive the above message. and the following:



    Source OS: 10.0.25189.1002

    Target OS: 10.0.25190.1001

    Error Code 0x8B108036 0x00000000 0x00000300

    and the following options

    'Try Again' (doesnt work) 'Check Network' 'Skip and stay offline' and 'Turn off console'



    have also tried to hard reset the console to no avail.



    and of course i cannot use the report a problem feature as the console will not go online until its updated.



    Using the error code search yeilds no results!

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!

    ok so the update was good, but I still cant go on xbox LIVE because theres a new window that says downloading updates and now i have problems with that too. And I cant download my xbox LIVE account.
