There was a problem with the update error code:0x80070570

My xbox one s broke so I had to fix it but a week after fixing it, popups on my screen were saying that xbox couldn't sync due to a network problem so I followed a guide and gave the xbox a hard reset. Currently I have a screen that says There was a problem with the update with the error code being 0x80070570. And at the bottom there are three options, one to try again, on e to check the network, and one to turn off the console. If I click try again it says "Lets update" and at the bottom two choices either to "start update" or "turn off console". When you click start update, a screen pops up that shows the update working with something that says how to speed up the setup with the xbox app and after maybe two seconds it sends you back to the "there was a problem" page. Clicking on the "check network button will open up the update without the speed up with the xbox app thing and after two seconds it sends you back. The third option, "turn off console does nothing but close it down just to be sent back to the same page. What the **** am I supposed to do, i've only had this xbox for about 3 years.
