There was a Problem with the Update (Alpha Skip-Ahead)

For the past 2 updates on Xbox One Alpha Skip Ahead, I have not been able to get past 3% downloaded before it returns an error and stops the update. I was hoping that it was a one time occurrence and that with the next update it would resolve the issue and allow me to actually use my Xbox. It has not.

Update 10.0.25189.1001 and update 10.0.25190.1001 both halted at 3% downloaded and gave me error code 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x00000301.

I've seen others posting the same thing with various solutions ranging from hard reset, to changing the internet method of downloading, all of which I have done. I've tried the "hold power for 10 seconds, unplug power for 30" method... I've tried changing from wired to wireless and even using my phone as a hot spot through data but nothing is working. At this point it does not feel like an error on my end but more or less on Microsofts end considering the error occurs during the download as if I'm being kicked from the servers. Considering it's always at 3% or about 20megs download it feels like there is a security check my Xbox is failing when it connects to the update servers and the servers are kicking me (commonly seen with attacks).

It is a regional issue like "Canada" only? Is it exclusive to special edition consoles ie Forza Blue XB1? (mine).. I'm trying to randomly come up with reasons as to why after 6yrs of being in the program my console would all of a sudden have issues updating with the only way to report the issues be here on reddit.

Might want to consider actually allowing the console to report an error pre update, without the "report an error" being greyed out cause "not online". Or at least allow us to report using our phones without the need to access the report an error app which requires an internet connection to load, which can't load because the update wont apply.... See the problem?
