    I cannot find any help for that error code. I have restarted, and done a full power cycle. Not an issue with home router or internet service.
    Cannot go online at all due to the forced update attempt each time I connect.

    I chose stay Offline, did a factory reset and chose to keep games and apps. It was back up and running with my settings in under 15 minutes. I’d recommend that.
