    There was a problem retrieving your account information from Xbox LIVE.


    Today i made a photo on forza horizon 4, after that i opened forzamotorsport.net. As i tried signed in it said:

    There was a problem retrieving your account information from Xbox
    LIVE. Please sign out and try again. Make sure to give Forza Motorsport
    permission to access your account information.But i'm not even banned or something i can use every feature from microsoft and forza horizon 4 but i can't use forzamotorsport for no reason

    there is no option when i login to the site

    and i can't find the option to give it permissions on account.live

    i can use the xbox app if that's what you mean

    it's just the website

    Hey @project34820, did you give the app permission or not as you won't be able to access it until you give it permission. It should give you the option when logging into the site: forzamotorsport.net

    Also if you log-in at the following link you should be able to change the app permissions there too: https://account.live.com/

    I couldn't found the solution for this problem on the forzamotorsport forum , and i can't post there because i can't log in thanks to this error : There was a problem retrieving your account information from Xbox LIVE. Please sign out and try again. Make
    sure to give Forza Motorsport permission to access your account information.

    And i dont have an Xbox.
