    im having a pronlem with the rewards on forzamotorsport.net it keeps on telling me that THERE WAS A PROBLEM RETRIEVING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION FROM XBOX LIVE. PLEASE SIGN OUT AND TRY AGAIN. MAKE SURE TO GIVE FORZA MOTORSPORT PERMISSION TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

    and i can't find the option to give it permissions on account.live

    i can use the xbox app if that's what you mean
