    I received an email with the next information:

    There seems to be an issue with your account:

    please reach out to our
    support forum team
    .

    We were unable to make your final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards

    Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in your account will be converted into

    Microsoft Rewards points in late June, where you can redeem them for

    items in the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    What´s the problem? What kind of issue I have?

    I will lost my rewards?

    I need the solution for this.

    I've been attempting to participate in the rewards program for the past couple of years but every time I get an email stating how many points I've earned there's an error stating: 'There seems to be an issue with your account: please reach out to our support
    forum team.' Any help regarding this error message and getting my lost points would be gladly appreciated

    Hello Sly Fox Bandit,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your South African Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the
    time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
    your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    Hello tio Delfin,

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog
