    There is not a box on MyRewards to click to request early deposit. The green box is blank?


    There is not a box on MyRewards to click to request early deposit. The green box is blank? I have 34,000 credits that have been pending since 12/6? I would like to be able to deposit and use these and seem to be having an extremely hard time finding support
    to help with this issue. Can you advise?

    Request Early Deposit

    I have a large amount of rewards points that I would like deposited early. The webpage states "Tired of waiting? If you've got at least 1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below." However, there is not a date
    shown below, nor is there a place to click to request an early deposit request. Can you please direct me as to how I am supposed to go about making this request?? Thanks.

    Hi RaDe Legends. Since the two awards totaling 1,134 Credits are below 5,000 pending Credits, an automatic deposit was not scheduled for you. To request a deposit, you can visit your MyRewards page and click the Request Deposit button. They will be deposited
    to your account on the date listed on the site.

    Your credits are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, they are already scheduled
    for a deposit so there is no need to request one. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between
    the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    The deposits I have listed under 'Pending Credits' are even from 2 years ago - 6/2/14 3,000 credits; 11/25/14 1,000 credits and 12/6/16 is 30,000 credits - none of these have deposited period? Thank you

    Credits are not automatically deposited until you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you just got to 5,000 pending credits on December 6, they are scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

    Is there a bug with the Rewards program?

    Since you have over 5,000 credits, you won't see a request deposit button. Your credits would be scheduled for deposited based on when you got to 5,000 pending. If you hit the 5,000 mark early this month, they should be deposited in a few days. If you hit
    5,000 well before March 1, check further down the MyRewards section of the site for your account status. If it is yellow or red, then there is an issue with your account that is preventing the deposits. If it's green, your account is fine and you would just
    need to wait until your credits are scheduled to be deposited.
