Hi,

I'm really dissapointed that after weeks of dicussion about the server problems nothing happens. no sorry, no gift for apologize. nothing.

I lost a lot of tickets, won stuff, at least I spent money that is lost.

I'm not the first and not the least. I just had to say it, I'm frustrated...

Issue With Broken DLC

Yes, I did all the trouble shooting crap. No, I didn't call EA -- I'll NEVER again call EA or their world's-worst-company w/ Indian call centers full of employees who've NEVER played a video game in their life. This is a known problem that affects all 3
platforms & there is NO fix because the studio that made the game no longer exists. Almost EVERYONE who bought the DLC--regardless of platform--lost their money.

RESET STATISTICS

Go to the "run" command and type in wsreset.exe. I did that today hoping to get the statistics for MS Freecell to update the games won/lost but it didn't work. Games won is still the same as it was under Windows 8.1.

If you have lost (real) money cos of the server, you may have a case in law they (stole) that money

I bought some coins to get keys and powerups. I used them and the server connection broke. the used Items were gone.

It's also annoying when the connection comes back after one or two minutes and the game was still runnig in the background.

You can not be fast enough to catch up the lost time....
