    "There is no recent activity to display" message in profile on xbox.com


    Hello,

    since the time there was a redesign of "account.xbox.com" I'm not able to access any of my captures, achievements, activity feed or friends. Everywhere there is a message
    "There is no recent activity to display.". I see everything on my Xbox console, but not on the web. I tried to relog, clear cache, different browser. I also restart my console (usually it's in the suspend mode only). Nothing. Also I noticed that I
    cannot manually upload captures from my console to OneDrive... if this is somehow related.

    I found that sometimes remove your account from the console and add it again helps, but first I don't know if this is the case and second I'm little bit affraid to do it. (Will I have to install all the games again? What about the progress of the games,
    etc...).

    By the way i looked at my profile on xbox.com and in my recent activity there is no activity from my xbox one , it still shows the last things i did on 360 .hope this information helps !!

    Recent Activity Issue

    So recently i noticed that my Recent Activity doesn't show on my Xbox One profile anymore. When i go to My Profile, all it shows is Game Clips. No more Recent Activity. It also doesn't show on my connected devices. On the Xbox 360, all my recent activity
    shows. Is anyone having this issue or know what to do? Thanks if anyone helps.

    I just tried install the Xbox app (Android) and there I can see everything. So it seams that it's really a problem of the website itself.

    (I cannot edit the previous post, sry...)

    To clarify, on any browser you try, if you try signing out of your account and clearing cookies for that web browser, are you still seeing that error message when you sign back into your account?

    If so, can you please post a photo of that error message?

    Regarding the issue you mentioned with OneDrive, what happens when you try to share your clips to OneDrive from your Xbox One console? If you're seeing a specific error message, can you please share that with us?

    I tried again. I deleted all cookies, turned of the browser and restart the computer - now it works! I'm sorry that I bothered you, but it really didn't work before.

    Thank you again.

    When I try to share clip/screenshot from my Xbox one console, nothing happen. No error message, nothing. I tried to restart my console already. I can try to reinstall OneDrive app maybe?

    That is something you can try if you're using the OneDrive app on your Xbox One console. Have you previously

    setup OneDrive to use with your Microsoft/Xbox account
    ? If you utilize the
    OneDrive.com
    or the app on your mobile device, are you able to see clips you previously tried to share from your Xbox account while on your Xbox One console?
