Discus and support there is no parental account on XBOX in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Okay, I'm gonna try to explain this. So I have 2 accounts. Let's call them A and B.     Okay, I'm gonna try to explain this. So I have 2 accounts. Let's call them A and B. I bought a game with account A, but I didn't like the gamertag on account A so I created account B and made it a gamertag I liked. I wrote my age (which happens to be 15)
    and I was asked to add a parental account. I didn't fully realize this, so I wrote account A as parental account, which also has the age of 15 set. I launched the game, and it works fine. Later I realize that certain parts are restricted, such as in-game
    voice chat. Now I search around for a bit and find out I have to change my privacy settings on the XBOX page. I try doing this, first on account B. It says that I need to log in with parental account, so I try logging in with account A. Same message is shown.
    At this point I'm starting to wonder who has the parental account for account A and why account A is allowed to be a parental account. Now I have tried every possible parental account with no success. A solution would be very nice, even if it's just assigning
    a new parental account. Any help is very much appreciated. The game in question is Sea of Thieves.

    Please, either help me or redirect me to someone who can.

    Select child
    Sign in as parent
    get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
    Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

    Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

    Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it there is no parental account on XBOX :(

    Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

    Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

    Setting up accounts for family members

    Unfortunately each account needs to be signed in; however you can always let him play on a guest account instead. You can set parental controls on a guest account as well; we actually have a guide for it here: Guest Restrictions

    Parent and child accounts on Xbox are designed to help parents manage their children’s gaming activities. A parent account is the primary account that can create and manage child accounts. Child accounts are created for children under the age of 18 and are linked to the parent account. The parent account can set up parental controls, such as screen time limits, content restrictions, and spending limits, for each child account.

    You cannot change your account to be a child account. You will have to create a new account for your child.

    To create a child account, the parent account must first create a family group. The family group can have up to six members, including the parent account. Once the family group is created, the parent account can add a child account to the group. The child account will be linked to the parent account and will have access to the parent account’s Xbox Live Gold subscription and other benefits.

    Im not saying delete the parent account from the family, i mean remove the parent account from the console. It's his home xbox and his live Gold, the parent account is just on the console for accountability.

    You either need the parent account to have the xbox set as the Home xbox OR the parent account needs to be signed in to allow the child account to use the Gold
