There is no ejection button on my console which is an Xbox s all digital so what do I do after I install the SUb to updated

The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have the EJECT button. You need to only hold the BIND button and press the Xbox button to access the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

i cant log in to my account

Hi, my name is Fernando and I am an independent consultant for Microsoft products.

    - Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button to hear a beep to turn on the console. - You will hear a beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later.

    - The power light will flash before the second beep.

    - Do not release until the second triggering beep.

Observation. If you have an Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to keep both the Xbox button and the Link button, as the console does not have an Eject button.

Reset my Xbox and started having problems

Hi! My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

Which Xbox do you have? Have you tried resetting the Xbox's display settings?

If there's a disc in the console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

You'll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Don’t let go until you hear the second beep or see the console start-up in low resolution mode (the Xbox start-up screen will appear slightly pixelated).

Note: If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, press and hold the Xbox button and the Pair button instead, as your console doesn't have an Eject button.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

Why is my Xbox not even turning on ?

Hi there! This is Virginia O.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the Xbox One S.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

First let us get the Start up troubleshooter:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the Pair button and the Eject button on the console, and then press the Xbox button  on the console.

NOTE: The Xbox Series S and the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition do not have Eject buttons. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 and 4) and then pressing the Xbox button.

Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Once you see it, please choose: "Continue"

And it will restart your Xbox console that should proceed with installing the update on your Xbox.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Can anyone help because Microsoft cant

You say the Xbox Start-up Trouble-shooter is not poppoin up even after doing exactly this?

Power off your console, and then unplug the mains lead to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the mains lead back in.

Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button  on the console.

Note The Xbox Series S and the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition do not have Eject buttons. You can bring up the Xbox Start-up Trouble-shooter on these consoles by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button .

Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Start-up Trouble-shooter.
