there is a problem with the transformation of some subscription to game pass ultimate

Basically how the conversion currently is supposed to work (this is how it worked for me) I will use mine as an example.

Before I did the conversion:

My gold was good till 5/2020

Game pass was running monthly and had just renewed.

I converted to the game pass ultimate so my game pass and gold now do not run out till 07/2020 is the first time I will be charged for the game pass ultimate.

The conversions for the Gold cards and game pass cards that you see on the website are for when you enter those codes in after you have already converted over.

If you redeem the 12 months of Game Pass Core while you already have Game Pass for console active, neither of the two subscriptions will convert into the other. Instead, they will both function independently, each with its own expiration date.

If you want to upgrade both subscriptions to Game Pass Ultimate, you need to purchase a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. When you buy or redeem it, the other two subscriptions will convert to Game Pass Ultimate but at different conversion rates, which you can view in the following link:

Assuming you buy 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate to perform the upgrade, you would have approximately 13 and a half months of Game Pass Ultimate in total. This is because your 6 months of Game Pass for console transform into 4 and a half months of Ultimate, and your 12 months of Game Pass Core transform into 8 months of Ultimate. Additionally, you need to add the month of Ultimate that you purchase for the conversion.

Does that mean that if i buy a 12 month gold subscription and then upgrade to Ultimate, i can have game pass for 12 months as well? And yes that's my first ultimate.
