    There is a problem with PSO2NGS.


    The new update made it so that PSO2 is now a dlc and when I downloaded it and went to it, it’s either a black screen, loading error or an infinite loading screen. I really don’t like the update because of these errors.

    There is a problem with PSO2NGS.

    I appreciate your efforts there. It looks like our best option here is to perform a factory reset to refresh your console's operating system. There's an option to keep your games and apps:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

    If that still wouldn't work and your other games work fine, possible that it's a game bug. It would be best if you contact the publisher support for them to investigate the issue and further assist you on this matter. You may reach out to them through this channel https://support.pso2.com/

    What steps have you tried so far?
    Did you already try to reinstall the game or DLC itself?
    I’m on Xbox one. Okay I tried to leave and enter the game, I tried to uninstalling and reinstalling the dlc and it still broke. I did uninstall both game and dlc, but it still broke.

    These sort of outages do occur from time to time on both XBL and PSN. Good luck with the 3 months of free gold. i'm sure we will all be credited for lost time if it's a major outage.
