just going throu my emails and i have one that says

There seems to be an issue with your account:

please reach out to our
support forum team.

so i am reaching out to you now to try and get this fixed it all so says

We were unable to make your

final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in

your account will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points in late June,

where you can redeem them for items in the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

i was trying yesterday to get this fixed

Received notification there is a "problem" with my account

I received an email from your system telling me "there seems to be an issue with your account: please reach out to our support forum team." So I'm reaching out to you. The same email says I was awarded "reward points" but they could not be deposited.
I've already spent HOURS on the phone with you all trying to figure out what was wrong, and eventually it seemed to be fixed But now, here we go again. PLEASE figure out what the problem actually "is" and fix it or tell me what I need to do to fix it!

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

I hope they start getting to these. Seems there are several who received the email. I'd just as soon have my points transferred to Microsoft rewards
