There is a problem with cloud gaming because where I live the internet is not as good

because usually the problems with cloud gaming are more with your local Internet connection or the computers between you, since you live in a major market.

And there may be an overall outage

Playing could games is always a bit of a "hit or miss" game, I only have 35Mb broadband and I've never had a problem with cloud gaming, however I know of other people with fast broadband have nothing but problems.

I think it all depends on multiple factors:

1: Quality of your internet, just because its 1Gb doesn't mean that your ping is good, and cloud gaming cares more about your ping than your speed

2: Distance to your nearest server, if your nearest Cloud Server is on the other side of the country, you may never have a good time

3: Internet traffic, if there are multiple people using your internet at the same time this can also affect cloud gaming

Also, you say you are playing cloud games on your PC, is you PC not able to run the game natively? it's just that would give you a much better experience than playing on the cloud.

One of the problems could be your internet connection, if you have good internet then maybe you don't have enough cloud storage. If all of the above isn't a problem you could reset the console by holding the power button for about 10-15 seconds. This only
happened to me during holidays where there was too many people syncing data to the cloud at the same time.

I understand the cloud just fine. I don't like it, don't want it, don't need it. I play single player games. Period. I don't want to be forced to connect at all. Where I live internet is shaky at best, I often go days, even weeks without because Century
link sucks and there is no other option. So I will be buying the console where I know I can still enjoy my games even when my crappy internet cuts out. Go play on your cloud and have fun there.

Hi i have problem because on my account where I have xbox live gold and xbox live without gold there seems to be a problem with signing in to xbox and I don't have Internet on those accounts whereas on my sisters account where she doesn't have xbox live
there is no problem and Internet works fine. The error code is 8015820A
