    There is a problem, solve it online


    I am the parent on my sons Xbox. I have a profile on there, as well as he does. I just recently purchased this Xbox for Christmas, and had it all set up….and playing it on both profiles. Now I can sign in on my profile, but my son cannot sign in to his profile. It says there is a problem, and to fix it on the web. I have no idea what’s wrong after messing with it for an hour.. please help.
