hello,

Being a customer of the Xbox 360, I bought the game "call of duty: black ops III" via the sales that you proposed.

In its description, I saw that we can play 2 in local and on-line but further to the download, I tested to play 2 in local, it's impossible, thus I looked at the description of the downloaded and I have that one little to play 2 that on-line but it
always marked there on the market that one little to play in local and on-line.

Because of it, I bought this game thus I would want to be to pay off, all of the sum, and that to verify you the descriptions of games.

In the interface of the game there is no Russian language

Good day! The interface of the game there is no Russian language . In the description of the game does not specify a language , but, the description is written in Russian .
Please help us to sort out the problem , provide the version of the game with the presence of Russian interface or return the wasted funds . Thank you.

The problem is that the game description on xbox live SAYS there is a game manual on the site. Oh well. Better send in a ticket I guess.

I specified in the description. I don't have any games installed because I reset it thinking that would fix the problem.

I did powercycle, same problem.

You can try submitting your ideas here. With enough support Microsoft may add multi-language to regions as a consideration.

@DanteSparda504: Apparently you're not getting this. I DID read the description for Family Game Night. That's the problem. The description for the Family Game Night frontend STILL says it has online multiplayer for 2-4 players. That clearly implies the games
still work. You can't pretend that description only applies to the frontend because that makes zero sense. If you download the frontend, but don't buy any of the games....how exactly does the frontend allow you to play online multiplayer? It doesn't. It is
clearly referring to the games you buy for it. So to have the frontend description claim it still has online, but in each game download's description state the opposite is a complete contradiction...and is a dirty trick.

And as for your other comment....it's on EA and MS to make sure the consumer knows what has changed in their product's functionality. And in this case...MS either decided to be lazy and not change all the descriptions....or wanted to be sleazy.
