    Its funny because its not illegal for a person under 18 to own this game. Its illegal for someone to sell this game to someone under the age of 18. So a 3 year old can own it but not purchase it.

    Cod ELITE3 Scam

    Modern Warfare 3 carries a BBFC rating of 18, therefore it is illegal for the game to be sold to a person under 18. The Elite service is similarly restricted to help enforce this.

    Why not just wait a year? :)
