    There are players on your platform benefiting from this fraudulent scheme, and I'd want to let you know about them. It has come to my attention that many Xbox users have been using unauthorised software to obtain access to the ability to alter their gamerscores. The so-called "kingpin," hacking people's accounts and manipulating their gamerscores to their liking, has been identified. Bunz is the Gamertag of this person. Since I've personally spoken to victims, it's become evident that people like these are hacking gamerscore and have not yet been punished.

    I suggest someone does get this investigated, considering I fell prey to this scheme which I had no control over. It's pretty ironic and refreshing. There have been countless people I have identified who are paying to get their gamerscore modified; however, they have yet to be banned, which is very much hypocritical considering I have been permanently banned for something I had no control over, involving the addition of gamerscore to my account via intruder/hackers and nothing was said to me about it when I contact Xbox support to get it retrieved. As stated previously, the person in charge of the account with the Gamertag "Bunz" should be permanently banned, considering he modifies his own and others gamerscore while generating profit. Still, of course, I am the one who gets banned while others don't. This entire team of enforcers are genuinely corrupt. However, even after countless attempts at getting people like this banned from Xbox, they are still on the run performing fraudulent schemes, as previously stated, but the Enforcement team tends to turn the blind eye as always.

    I pre-ordered a halo infinite limited edition series x console and it was cancel by microsoft for some reason.

    Did you pay via MS balance? If so then there has been a huge issue and this needs reporting to MS Store and to be escalated.

    I'm trying to rally up the countless amount of people who MS have done over with this same issue.

    Yes, I understand, and I have filed a case review, but I highly doubt anything will happen since the TOS states that tampering with gamerscore leads to a suspension. The gamerscore will be removed, but for me, I got a permanent ban for gamerscore that was added to my account via unauthorised use without my consent, the person who had my account (who gained access via a phishing email and a wide array of shady manipulative tactics which I fell for) added it. I am getting penalised on his behalf since he added that gamerscore through unauthorised use. Why is it now costing me my own Xbox account when nothing has been said to be about the gamerscore when the account was given back to me nine months ago? I don't know what will happen now, I filed a case review and I really don't think anything is going to happen.

    Reset gamerscore

    Hi Gho5st, if you boosted any achievements or manipulated the system into unlocking achievements then your Gamerscore is the result of that. Once your Gamerscore has been reset then there is no way of getting it back.
