    Someone has purchased a XBox controller fraudulently on my account. I did manage to call last week, but nothing has been done and it has still been delivered. I was told it would be stopped and the refund processed. When I try and I call the support number, I am told that all support is online. When I go online, no options to report a fraudulent transaction. Dreadful service in a fraud event. Who can I talk to about this please?

    It may take several business days or more for it to appear in your account, but if you still need help, keep trying to contact us via online support, I don't see any other more effective way to resolve it.this problem.

    Also not helpful. It was an authorized charge-- about 10 years ago. Credit card company will say it is between you and Microsoft-- been down that road before. It is not fraud. (But yes it seems at some point, it becomes that if they make it so hard, to impossible to cancel.)

    Does Microsoft have a human somewhere that can troubleshoot this?

    Thank you all for your replies. This is still an issue. The call centre I keep getting told to phone is in the US, unless I'm missing a UK call centre for Xbox? Being at work during their working hours I can't. I've made a new Microsoft account now I just
    need the Xbox account off my hacked and locked Microsoft account transferring over, sadly Microsoft have been no help during phone calls.

    Fraud activity via microsoft games

    Thanks for the email but it has not assisted me I am a retired bank officer and knew the procedures in place when a fraud occurs. My problem is I have now a debit in my paypal account which has nothing to do with me. If i try to contact paypal the response is to contact microsoft.

    What I want is to send microsoft details of my fraud, they must have frauds dept . Surely I am not an isolated incident this must be occurring frequently
