There are two Xbox acoounts linked to my Microsoft account and I can't log into the first anymore to which my Minecraft account is linked. I wanted to play Minecraft again but as I logged in it told me that there's an account issue. I went to Microsoft.com and had to recover my Microsoft account. After that I also had to create a new Xbox profile (new gamertag, etc.). Now everytime I want to log into Minecraft it gets me to the new Xbox account with no Minecraft on it, I'm unable to access my old Xbox profile with a different gamertag.

I already reached out to the Xbox support who told me that I should contact Minecraft support. Those guys however said that it's an account problem and I should ask Microsoft.

Couldn't find any stated questions that asked the same, so I try to find help by this way.

I understand you need help on your account issue. Just a heads up that you cannot have 2 Microsoft accounts linked to 1 Minecraft or Xbox account. Which means that if you are logged in to the email that you have and is getting a different gamertag, this means that this email is being linked to a different Xbox account and you might be using a different email to your Minecraft account before.

It is possible that this was linked to another Microsoft account email and you need to check your other emails to see if those are linked to the correct Minecraft account. If this was through migration, try to remember what email it was that you used during migration.

Yes i have Mutv account and the same email as microsoft acoount

Solved. it was indeed the difference between the regions registered in microsoft and xbox acoounts.
