    No, this is just a rumor, we certainly give you all the benefits of buying, or earning game pass. The ending time or expiration on those gift cards is when this subscription will end, then after you must renew it if you want to keep the benefits.

    Much more likely is that with the new Friends and Family plan likely increasing its footprint , that there will be new packages and such.

    They're referring to the option to receive a Game Pass Ultimate trial by purchasing Discord Nitro. That promotion ends on May 25. Otherwise, codes will still be available.

    You may want to check if the fine print states that the promotional code is only for completely new first-time users of Game Pass. It's very likely that it is not allowing you to claim and use the new code if you have previously claimed a trial code.
