Thank you for the advice but I have cleared all the queue many times uninstalled anything in progress and tried to reinstall updates seem to be broken too as they won't start

Found it! In My Apps and Games, you can see the progress and order. It's not very intuitive to manage, but finally figured out that if you press "enter" button over selected app, you can cancel or pause a download in order to push the download I wanted
first to the front.

Okay, so we buy one of the free games with gold 360 games (backward compatible with the XB1), and the error message appears claiming that although we've purchased the game, we can't download it because the 360 queue is full. Since Microsoft removed the
ability the delete queue downloads online for the 360, we no longer have any way of removing queued downloads if you no longer own an Xbox 360. Like me, many people ditched their 360 once after investing in an Xbox One. So simply put, everyone with an XB1
only has no way of removing items from their queue and the error message continues. Microsoft broke it; they need to fess up and fix it for gods sake, You people have to know about this by now because its been reported on here dozens of times. There have
now been months of subversion as users beg for a fix. Many of the posts even get closed without you guys doing a darn thing. We are all using pain English here and conveying the problem in simplistic terms. Why are you guys stalling and playing ignorant...I
think you know better and aren't willing to fix what you've broken without thinking it through.

If so, try to delete some items that are currently in your download queue through Xbox.com.

Many items in your download queue can cause the system to freeze at startup.

In addition, you may want to clear some space on your HDD.

The game will not start downloading automatically unless you redeemed the code on your xvox. Go to your download queue. Have a look at this link
