I tried but I just get this message "There are no service options available. For further assistance, contact us."

Thanks again, Jesse. Unfortunately, when I try to issue a service request, I reach this message "There are no service options available. For further assistance, contact us." Am I doing this right? Sorry if I should be following this differently.

This is the message I get when I try to place a service order:

"We’re sorry. The accessory or device you are requesting is not available. Please contact Microsoft Support for assistance."

I am facing similar issues and tried all the steps mentioned in troubleshoot. As product is in warranty I am trying to create service request to get my console replaced. However, after entering all the information, I am getting message " No Services Found"
"No service offers are available". Any suggestions????
