theHunter Call of The Wild DLC NOT WORKING

I purchased and installed the Vurhonga Savanna DLC for theHunter Call of The Wild. When trying to open the map it prompts me to purchase it which I already did. If I follow the prompt to the Microsoft Store it shows I have already
installed the DLC. I have uninstalled both the game and DLC then reinstalled only to have the exact same thing happen. I have also done a hard reset of my Xbox to no avail.

Is there a solution to resolve this? If not, where can I request a refund?

    :)

Why won't the DLC's I've purchased on Xbox show up as purchased on PC Xbox app.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If you purchased the DLC for Xbox, just a friendly reminder though that the game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, there is a license available for Xbox and there is a license available for PC which means that the DLC “TheHunter: Call of The Wild” that you purchased is for Xbox only, if you would like to get the DLC for PC, you need to purchase the “ theHunter: Call of the Wild - Windows 10”

That's perfect. On your order history can you please click the game icon, from there you will be redirected to Microsoft Store for the item, kindly scroll down a bit and check the "Playable On". Please let me know for which device the DLCs are for.

You may have access to the DLC before through a game pass.
