    The Xbox website on google won't let me sign in and change my privacy settings to allow me...


    I have tried to connect to the sign in on different web browsers but every time I get an error message when trying to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox account website. I have tried multiple videos but none seem to do anything. I just need to change my privacy settings to play on the realm but currently can't.

    i have the same problem but the login just wont work. i keep trying to log in buts its a ring spinning around the xbox logo and it takes me to the page i came from not letting me login

    I went to that website and signed in but it took me to a Microsoft support website with how to change your child's Xbox privacy and online safety settings. There is a link on the website which takes us to another website in order to change the privacy settings
    but it just opens the same Microsoft support website. And as for unlinking my account and signing in with a different Microsoft account it tells me it was unable to unlink the account and to check my internet connection.

    A setting keeps reverting to block instead of allow

    My problem isn’t being able to play on the xbox one console. I can change the privacy settings on the console easily. But for some reason when I go to the Xbox website and go to my privacy settings it says thay my allow online multiplayer is set to block
    while on console is set to allow and I can change it on console but not the website.
