The xbox technical support page or link doesn't replaying or respond to me now on the long time period and I am are waiting for hours to get my answer on my question related to xbox on the while and from someone nobody did replay to me or respond and they are very slow on the answering the question something is wrong and needs to be addressed to Microsoft because otherwise it is going nowhere it is not working it needs to get fixed on the problem on the solution.

If it is the technical support team they said you need you will need to go to the technical support page of the the Microsoft website. You can do this by either search microsoft technical support or see if this link works.

Here is a Xbox Support page on how to troubleshoot games and apps linked below. Also, which Monopoly version are you playing? The one listed on the Windows Store shows that Asobo Studio is the developer and Ubisoft would be the publisher. If none of the
steps listed in the Xbox Support page work, contact Ubisoft Support and they can help with game specific technical questions.

As far i know it aint possible to transfer game progress to a other xbox live account.

But u could try to contact the Xbox Live Support on their page.

Their they can help u more on technical part on xbox.
