I am using the latest Microsoft Edge Browser and Firefox. Both get the same result when clicking on the link from Microsoft Xbox website and from your email link.

Please try the following steps to see if it will work:

1. Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.

To do this, type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" > Clear browsing data.

2. Change to different browsers.

3. Going incognito or in-private browsing.

4. Disable use of any VPN/Proxy server.
