Hello, The Xbox One isn’t capable of playing xbox 360 games because of the updated software that Microsoft created. Just Dance 2018 was filed for the xbox 360 software. Please Let Me Know If This Helped.

Thanks for the suggestion but it still isn’t working at all and it’s still sitting with the little Xbox light on
