The xbox series x is a defective console, it's literally unusable every game crashes constantly and Thousands of people are have the exact same problem. This console and it's games are literally theft, people buy them just to be unable to play them because it crashed repeatedly with NO FIX. It's been taked for repair I've tried everything but games still consistently crash. The xbox is defective and so many people have the same problem.

if you have a defective system you need to send it in for repair or return it to the store if you're still in that window

xbox series x has a major defect, is overheating because it is wrong designed by microsoft

the fan is rotating constantly and don t disipate the heat

you probably use 4k

return to the microsoft the device,

This is the major problem of this generation xbox one’s accessories: too fragile/defective. Hope they will do better on series x

Did you do resetting the console?

Some socalled defects is don't power up/freeze/crash/shutdown can be fixed by resetting the console: 1) unplug powercord for few minutes, plug in powercord, wait few minutes and then power up with x button on the console.

2)

Still no good then push in and hold the x button on console few minutes

till console show powerbutton flashing and shutdown itself etc. then

repeat step 1).

Also try using the powercord and hdmi cable from the old xbox thats working, maybe was defective cables too.
