It's an Xbox Series S, I can turn my TV volume on and I can hear it perfectly fine, I think it's something wrong about the Xbox itself, and it happens when I connect it, I don't know how to use wireless

Later via xbox cloud perhaps, but not on the console itself. Series X/s only.
