    The Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller


    I have had this controller since it came out and thank the lords for Microsoft warranty. Lets start with what I love about this controller... The quality feels amazing, sits really well in your hand, paddles are easy to click, the cut feature on the triggers is outstanding... but oh my when I tell you... this controller come with issues. In the year iv had this controller iv gotten it replaced 3 times. Keep in mind I treat this thing as I would my own baby. Never been sumo chucked onto the ground, dropped or used aggressively. It WILL get stick drift and your buttons WILL STOP responding or maybe it will just stop turning on all together. No doubt its a beautiful controller but it has a very short lifetime even when taken care of properly.. after my warranty runs out I will not be buying a new one once this thing stops working again. My buddies controller had stick drift brand new out of packaging. My first one lived for about 3 weeks. Now im sure yall are thinking " its okay you have warranty " .. well... not only is it virtually impossible to get in contact with live chat... once you do, you have to wait about 5 days for your controller to get to them then about 15-20 days for it to get sent back unless you wanna pay 10 dollars for shipping which then it'll take them about 10 days on average. Like I said im in comp so that really sucks for me. Thats alot of time/money im losing. Am I the only one? did I just get 3 of the bad apples?

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
