The problem is most likely with the prepaid Visa. Xbox typically does not accept prepaid cards becuase the billing information for the card does not match that of the profile. Sorry.

email on my Xbox is entered wrong

My email on the computer is my correct email and the one my xbox 360 account is missing a letter. Though the one on the xbox is the one that the live card and gift card is attached to. Not sure how to get the cards put on the correct email or update the
email on the xbox to reflect the correct one and not loose the cards? help!

Smwutches is correct. Gift cards are region locked to the region they were purchased in or the region where that currency is accepted. For instance the code you purchased will be for Euros the UK does not accept Euros as payment.
