Remove your profile and Re-add it. If that also does not resolve the issue you may have to

Have you tried doing a full hard power cycle and or resetting the console to factory defaults.

Have you also tried adding the new account in as an xbox family member on your xbox family?

Did you try a power cycle?

Try clearing persistent storage by following these steps.

1. Go to Settings (Xbox).
2. Choose CD/blueray, then Persistent storage, select clear persistent storage.

If that doesn't work, a soft reset might help.

Free some space on internal hard drive and do a soft reset that should solve it
